They created a protocol for me which I followed and I was able to shrink fibroids naturally. The two things that I want to talk about today relates to fibroids diet and fibroids foods.

To avoid. First one is the soy products. Soy, as we all know, is high in estrogen and while you are going through your fibroids issue I would say you should definitely avoid taking these for the time being. By soy I mean soy products like soy milk and soy sauce. But there are alternatives on the market that you can explore and this is just for the time being that you should avoid. As we know fibroids is a condition where there is an imbalance of hormones. There is too much estrogen in the body and what you want to do is you want to normalize that estrogen. It's up here and you want to bring it back down. You want to avoid estrogenic foods and soy products are amongst those estrogenic foods. So what happens.

Is that when you consume these foods they raise the amount of estrogen in the body and they exacerbate and worsen your condition. If you don't have fibroids yet, then it is going to increase your likelihood of getting fibroids. If you have fibroids, then it is just going to make it worse. So you definitely want to avoid estrogenic foods such as soy products and stay clear of those for the time being while you still have fibroids and you are hoping for a fibroids natural treatment. The second thing that you do want to avoid is drinking from BPA bottles. You definitely do not want to do that. There are alternative bottles out there on the market. You can get yourself a glass bottle or you can specifically.

Look for a bottle that is BPAfree. BPA is a constituent of the plastic of this bottle. What happens is that when you leave a BPA bottle out in the sun or in the car what is going to happen is that this BPA from the plastic is going to leak into the water. The water is going to pull on it and the BPA is going to leech into the water and when you drink that water what you are doing is that you are taking in that BPA (xenoestrogen). Adrenal Fatigue Causing Uterine Fibroids

Uterine fibroids is a very, very common condition that affects many females. Unbeknown to most, this process of fibroid formation actually takes years. In some women it grows fast, in some women it does not grow at all, and in some women it never happens. This is Lam, founder of DrLam , and we are going to go through in this tutorial what the physiology behind fibroids is all about. First, let's take a step back. In order for the fibroid to grow, which is a tumor which is benign, is made of fibrous tissues, the body has to activate many mechanisms to grow the fibroids. It starts off very small, like a pea size, and it grows to be as big as sometimes.

Now estrogen excess will in turn then drive the body into a state of estrogen dominance with symptoms that include fibrocystic breast disease, endometriosis, irregular periods, heavy periods, a lot of ovulation pain, and fibroids. In extreme cases, it can be tied into cancer as well. So, fibroids, even though it is a benign tumor, tells the body that it has the underlying problem of estrogen imbalance. Now, aggressive measures to get rid of the fibroids is necessary if they are structural problems, but there are also natural ways to help the fibroids shrink, especially for.

Those that are nearing menopause. Understanding and recognizing that when the body is in adrenal fatigue the tendency to have a high estrogen load is critical because if you don't understand this concept, estrogen dominance can be treated as if it is a separate entity of excessive estrogen and women can be told to do what we call hysterectomy to get rid of the fibroid.
