How to Naturally Balance Your Hormones with Essential Oils- Moriarty, New Mexico
Hey guys, Axe here. I want to share with you how essential oils can help naturally balance out your hormones, and in this tutorial I'll talk about the specific oils that can benefit progesterone balance, estrogen balance, help improve thyroid issues, and also for men help naturally boost low testosterone. There are three main essential that we're going to benefit from learning here clary sage, thyme oil, and sandalwood oil. Clary sage, its biggest benefit is that it helps balance out estrogen production in the body. We know that a lot of health issues today, even things like infertility, PCOS, estrogenbased cancers are caused from excess estrogen in the body. So we know that clary.
Sage helps balance out those estrogen levels, and that's why it's such an effective essential oil in the treatment of hormone conditions. So whether you're struggling with PMS during the month or possibly you know you have excess estrogen in the body, clary sage is a great essential oil to consider to adding in your essential oil regime. The next oil is thyme essential oil, and thyme oil helps benefit the body by improving progesterone production. We know both men and definitely a lot of women are low in progesterone, and low progesterone levels have been linked with infertility, they have been linked with PCOS, they've been linked with depression as well as other imbalanced hormones within the body.
So thyme essential oil is the next essential oil you can use to naturally balance out hormones in your body. Then sandalwood oil is very, very effective at balancing out testosterone levels both in men and women. Sandalwood has actually also been used as a natural aphrodisiac and been used in men's cologne for years as well as certain feminine perfumes. It really just has an amazing, amazing scent to it. But if you're a male with low testosterone, adding a few drops of sandalwood oil into your homemade deodorant or your own homemade lotion is a great thing to do. That's one of my favorite ways to get essential oils is simply take.
Some coconut oil with the oil itself and rub it on different areas of your body. And because essentials oils are so small, so small molecularly, they actually can get from your skin into your body and you can get full body effects simply by putting essential oils directly on the skin. A few other essential oils that we know do balance and support hormone health in the body. We know rose oil does. Rose oil has been used also as an aphrodisiac and as a natural mood lifter. It's been shown to help in improving serotonin and other neuropeptides in the brain, sort of those good mood hormones. So rose oil is effective for that.
We've also found that lavender oil and chamomile oil are effective at reducing stress, which can naturally lower cortisol levels which is very, very important to the body as well when it's trying to overcome disease. In general, some of the best essential oils for thyroid function and autoimmune issues can be things like frankincense oil. We know frankincense oil reduces inflammation which can also help those cortisol levels. So again, if you want to personally have more balanced hormones, I recommend considering clary sage oil along with thyme oil and then sandalwood oil specifically for men. You can just put a few drops on your hand and rub it on your skin or combine them with some.
Of your own personal care products. Hey guys. This has been Axe talking about essential oils for hormones. Jo chats to us about her fibroid surgery and finally conquering the mountain UHCW NHS Trust
Hi I'm Jo Carter, I was a little bit shocked to begin with because I don't think it was anything serious I just had a little pain in my stomach and I went to the s thinking that it was probably just a little hernia or something and after a few scans they told me it was quite a big growth from that point I was shocked and also it was pretty daunting to think that I was going to have an operation as I always thought I was quite fit and healthy. The tumour was not too far off the size of this rugby ball I think it was 25 cm by 20cm by 17cm which is quite shocking considering the size of me and the fact I didn't know I had it. We actually called it Filbert, hoping it was a fibroid.
Which it was, so we called it Filbert the fibroid and we were counting down the days to removal really. The surgeon was great pretty much from the moment I got diagnosed to the actual surgery itself it was faultless, it was really quick and I couldn't have really asked for any more, from the scans they were probably a week two weeks apart I saw the Consultant twice and before I knew it I was in for the op, so really really good I was exercising fairly early on from as soon as I could move, I just started walking around the block, it got a bit longer and then I went back to the pool and just walked up and down in the pool and did quite a lot of aqua aerobics and then as soon as I could I got on my.
Bike probably from about 8 or 9 weeks but with no resistance, it wasn't far on from then I did a sportif of about 40 miles, I think it was the November. Probably the first one that I won which was mud sweat and beers and that was in the March say fairly soon afterwards and then I've gone on to win quite a few more. I did the iron run in August which was actually the day before it was my op anniversary that was August 22 this year and I won that so that was quite a highlight it was quite significant in the fact that it was almost a year to that date and then Man V Mountain was the following weekend so completing that was great and I think I came about 13th in the females and in the first quarter of everyone so I was quite pleased with that.
