How to Shrink Fibroids Naturally Foods to AVOID- Alleghany, Virginia
Hi i'm Farhana and i'm here with my son to talk about how to shrink fibroids naturally. For those of you who are looking for a natural cure for fibroids, we are here to do a quick tutorial on 2 things that women suffering from fibroids should avoid for the time being. For those of you who are new to our channel, let me just give you a little background of myself. I suffered from fibroids for a long time and thanks to my sons, who are medical students and detoxification specialists, I learned how to shrink fibroids naturally. They created a protocol for me which I followed and I was able to shrink fibroids naturally. The two things that I want to talk about today relates to fibroids diet and fibroids foods.
To avoid. First one is the soy products. Soy, as we all know, is high in estrogen and while you are going through your fibroids issue I would say you should definitely avoid taking these for the time being. By soy I mean soy products like soy milk and soy sauce. But there are alternatives on the market that you can explore and this is just for the time being that you should avoid. As we know fibroids is a condition where there is an imbalance of hormones. There is too much estrogen in the body and what you want to do is you want to normalize that estrogen. It's up here and you want to bring it back down. You want to avoid estrogenic foods and soy products are amongst those estrogenic foods. So what happens.
Is that when you consume these foods they raise the amount of estrogen in the body and they exacerbate and worsen your condition. If you don't have fibroids yet, then it is going to increase your likelihood of getting fibroids. If you have fibroids, then it is just going to make it worse. So you definitely want to avoid estrogenic foods such as soy products and stay clear of those for the time being while you still have fibroids and you are hoping for a fibroids natural treatment. The second thing that you do want to avoid is drinking from BPA bottles. You definitely do not want to do that. There are alternative bottles out there on the market. You can get yourself a glass bottle or you can specifically.
Look for a bottle that is BPAfree. BPA is a constituent of the plastic of this bottle. What happens is that when you leave a BPA bottle out in the sun or in the car what is going to happen is that this BPA from the plastic is going to leak into the water. The water is going to pull on it and the BPA is going to leech into the water and when you drink that water what you are doing is that you are taking in that BPA (xenoestrogen). It acts as a xenoestrogen. Xenoestrogen is estrogen that is coming from outside your body (foreign estrogen). When you take in that water you are increasing the load of estrogen in your body because that BPA is serving as a xenoestrogen and when you take.
It into your body it is contributing to a greater imbalance of hormone in your body (especially estrogen is going to increase in your body and this is going to worsen your condition or increase your risk of getting more fibroids in the future). So definitely avoid BPA plastic bottles. Using a glass bottle or BPAfree bottle is a great alternative and that will help you in the long run to better your condition. Myomectomy Vaginal Fibroid Removal PreOp Patient Engagement and Education
Http:youtu.beJII8m1HfCEY Your gynecologist has recommended that you undergo surgery to remove vaginal fibroids. But what does that actually mean? The uterus is part of a woman's reproductive system it's the organ that contains and protects a growing fetus during pregnancy. Fibroids are noncancerous tumors that grow from the inner or outer wall of the uterus. They are quite common as many as 20% of women over 30 will develop fibroids sometime during their lifetimes.
In most cases fibroids do not cause any discomfort and are never detected. Occasionally, however, fibroid tumors can cause problems. Complications from fibroid growth can include: * Pressure on the urinary system. * Pressure on the intestines. * Interference with the reproductive system * Or infection. Because these tumors can grow to be very large, surgery is usually recommended in order to restore health and to protect the uterus. Then the surgeon will use a gloved hand to conduct a vaginal examination and will check the size and location of the uterus by pressing on your lower abdomen.
Your will then use a retractor to open the vagina. Once the cervix is visible, a forceps is used to grasp the front lip of the cervix and to pull it forward causing the uterus to open. Through that opening, your will insert an instrument called a hysteroscope. A hysteroscope allows the surgical team to insert all necessary optical and surgical instruments into the uterus. At the beginning of the procedure, a harmless gas or fluid will be introduced into the uterus, causing it to expand.
By inflating the uterus slightly, your is better able to reach the operative site. Next, a wire loop is inserted. This loop is used to grab the fibroid tissue and snip it free from the muscular wall of the uterus. When your is satisfied that all fibrous tissue has been removed, the hysteroscope and all other instruments are withdrawn. The gas or fluid is allowed to escape and the uterus returns to its normal shape.
